Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for defective or damaged items within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Returnable Items

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items received
  • Items not matching description
  • Unused calibration equipment

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Calibrated equipment (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Log in to your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Request Return". Fill out the return form.

Get Return Authorization

You will receive an RMA number via email within 24–48 hours. This number is required for all returns.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number on the outside.

Ship the Return

Use the prepaid return label (for defective items) or ship at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Returns within 30 days in original condition, or defective items within 90 days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened items or items returned after 30 days.
